If you request a withdrawal before activating a bonus or while a bonus is active, you lose your bonus entitlement. General withdrawal conditions and account checks still apply after you've met the wagering requirements.
You can cancel an active bonus in your profile or through our support team. Your entire casino bonus balance will be forfeited.
If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while a casino bonus is still active, the existing casino bonus and associated winnings will be removed.
