Responsible Gambling

Gambling can be addictive and cause financial and personal problems. It is not a way to earn money. You must be at least 18 to play.

Set limits for money and time

Decide how much money and time you can spend before you play. Only gamble with money you do not need for rent, bills or other essentials. Never chase losses by placing more bets.

Do not share your login details with minors. Sign out on shared devices and do not save your password on them.

Recognise the warning signs

If you gamble more than planned, hide your spending, borrow money to gamble or neglect work and relationships, it may be time to seek support. Family members and others close to you can also contact a counselling service.

Gambling breaks and self-exclusion

To request a gambling break or self-exclusion from Alawin, email [email protected]. Identify your player account and explicitly state that you are requesting a break or self-exclusion. You must also declare any other existing accounts. You must not open a new account to bypass an exclusion.
