How to deposit funds into your player account
Log in and open the cashier
Sign in with your email address and password, then open the cashier in your player account.
Choose a method and amount
Select your payment method and enter an amount within its minimum and maximum limits. Only use a card or payment account that belongs to you.
Complete the payment
Confirm the payment with your bank, payment provider or wallet. Keep your payment receipt until the funds have been credited to your player account.

You can deposit between CHF 10 and CHF 4’500 using USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies. Different limits apply to Bitcoin.

Your bank or wallet provider may charge payment or currency conversion fees. As a result, the total debited by your payment provider may be higher than the amount deposited into your player account.
How much do I need to deposit for a bonus?
Choose our welcome package when you register. Each of the three stages requires a separate deposit of at least CHF 22. Activate each stage under «My Bonuses» before playing with that deposit.

We usually credit deposits almost instantly. If the funds haven't reached your player account after two hours, contact our support team at [email protected].
Don't simply deposit again to make up for a missing credit. First, tell us whether your payment provider has actually debited the funds or the transaction is only pending.

Your bank or payment provider may have declined the payment. You can check with them whether the transaction was authorised. If the issue remains unresolved, send our support team the exact error message. If funds have already been debited, a payment receipt will also help.
Deposits and withdrawals have different terms
Where possible, we withdraw funds through the same payment method you used to deposit. Withdrawals may have different minimum and maximum amounts, as well as daily and monthly limits. So you may not be able to withdraw your entire deposited amount in one go.
Even without a bonus, you must wager your deposit at least once before making a withdrawal. A minimum turnover of EUR 20 also applies during the calendar month of your withdrawal request. If you haven't met the one-times wagering requirement, we may void winnings and deduct 10% of your last deposit, with a minimum deduction of EUR 0.50; for bank cards or bank transfers, the deduction may be 15%.

What is the minimum deposit at Alawin?
The minimum deposit in CHF depends on your payment method. Deposits start at CHF 15 with Pay by Card, CHF 10 with PSCRD or MiFinity, and CHF 33 with Bitcoin. For USDT, Ethereum, Litecoin and other supported cryptocurrencies, the minimum is CHF 10. Each stage of our welcome package requires a separate deposit of at least CHF 22. If your payment method has a higher minimum, that amount applies.
Can I deposit in Swiss francs at Alawin?
Yes. You can hold your player account in CHF and deposit in Swiss francs. If you pay through a bank or payment provider in another currency, exchange rates and conversion fees may affect the amount debited.
Can I use TWINT, PostFinance or paysafecard?
We cannot guarantee that TWINT, PostFinance or paysafecard will be available for deposits. If you can't select your preferred method in the cashier, it isn't available for that deposit. You can choose another option, such as Pay by Card or MiFinity.
How long does it take for my deposit to be credited?
We usually credit deposits almost instantly. If your funds still haven't appeared after two hours, email [email protected] with your payment method, amount, date and time, and transaction number, if available.
Can I use someone else's card?
No. The card or payment account must belong to you. We may request identification, proof of address and evidence that you own the card or account used.
Why hasn't my crypto deposit been credited?
The currency, network and receiving address must match your deposit request. For a missing credit, tell our support team the transaction hash, network, amount and time. We cannot guarantee recovery of a payment sent to the wrong address or through the wrong network.
Can I get a deposit refunded?
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, such as technical issues. A refund is not available if the deposit or an associated bonus has already been used to place a bet. Contact our support team within 24 hours of the payment. We aim to respond within ten business days. Refunds are not guaranteed. We may first request documents to verify your account and payment method.
Can I deposit without a bonus?
Yes. You can opt out of our welcome package when registering. Your payment method's limits and general payment terms still apply. Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposit at least once, even without a bonus. You must also meet a minimum turnover of EUR 20 during the calendar month of the withdrawal request.
